We at John Brown take our customer’s satisfaction seriously and we therefore check all goods thoroughly before despatch. However, we acknowledge that there may be times when an item does not meet with your satisfaction and you feel it necessary to return it. We therefore offer a “No quibble 30- day money-back guarantee” provided the item is returned unused, as new, and in its original packaging and at your expense.
If the item was paid for by credit card we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase price.
If the item is faulty or delivered to you in error we will of course pay the postage incurred in returning the item.
Most of our goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period and should a product fail during the warranty period due to faulty workmanship or materials then you may have a claim against the manufacturer. It is important therefore that you retain any guarantee card and/or proof of purchase and make contact with the manufacturer direct. If you do not have the manufacturer’s current contact details then we will gladly provide these to you.
